The City of Salisbury, MD will host the National Folk Festival, the oldest multi-cultural traditional arts celebration in the country. It will bring as many as six stages of continuous music, a dance pavilion, traditional crafts, regional food, storytelling, parades, and folk life demonstration to the urban core of Salisbury. This large scale, three-day outdoor event is free to the public and will introduce audiences to some of the best talent from throughout North America.The National Folk Festival in Salisbury is a team effort led by the City of Salisbury in cooperation with the Salisbury Arts & Entertainment District and the National Council for the Traditional Arts.
